Guarantees
In order to simplify your task, Plan de Match is responsible for communicating with some manufacturers for warranty requests. Processing times may vary, ranging from a few days to several weeks, depending on the period. Note that no refund is possible when applying for a guarantee.
Manufacturers with whom we can carry out the intermediary:
- Easton, Rawlings, Miken, Worth, Louisville Slugger, Demarini, Evoshield, New Balance, Under Armour, Mizuno
Manufacturers for whom it is easier and more necessary to contact them directly:
- B45, Marucci, Victus, Baum Bat
Bat Warranty
Warranty of aluminum/composite bats
Baseball, softball and fastpitch bats have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, offered by the manufacturer (and not by Plan de Match) on all manufacturing defects resulting from normal use on the field. This warranty covers in particular the following problems:
- Severe bumps
- Structural cracks
- Handle curvature
- Broken tips or cap
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Sticks used to hit ball launcher balls
- Sticks used at temperatures below 60°F (15°C)
- Sticks purchased from unauthorized resellers or from individuals
- Sticks purchased at auction, or on auction sites (unless sellers are authorized resellers)
- Replacement of handles
- Sticks used with baded training balls
- Sticks transferred from the original buyer
- Batons used as team sticks by multiple players
- Sticks that have been abused, modified or mistreated
Conditions to be respected:
- Invoice required
- The serial number of the stick must match the one indicated on the invoice
Wood bats warranty
The warranty periods for wooden bats vary by model. In general, a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase is offered by the manufacturer (and not by Plan de Match) in the event of breakage following normal use in the field. However, some sticks may have a longer warranty, or not be guaranteed by the manufacturer
Verification of conditions:
- See the product description for warranty period.
- If the description does not mention a guarantee, the stick is not covered.

Warranty procedure for bats
Plan de Match can take care of communication with certain manufacturers to make a warranty request if the product meets the conditions.
Important: Until the manufacturer has approved the eligibility of the bat replacement, Plan de Match is not required to make a replacement. For other manufacturers, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly to apply the warranty.
The replacement of the bat will be an equivalent model (or similar if the original model is no longer available), of the same weight and length as the original purchase.
Important note: Replacement bats are not eligible for a new warranty.

Procedure for claiming a guarantee
For any claim, send us an email to info@boutiqueplandematch.com, detailing the problem encountered. To speed up the processing of your request, please attach the following information:
General claim:
- Photo of the invoice
- Some photos clearly showing the problem
Claims for bats:
- Photo of the invoice
- Photo of the whole stick
- Photo of the serial number of the stick
- Photo of the characteristics of the stick (where the length and weight are indicated)
- Photo(s) or video clearly showing the problem
